Water Temperature: 95 C

Steeping Time: 4-5 mins

Milk : Assam teas can be had with milk and sugar too. Assam orthodox tea needs just a dash of milk. Darjeeling Tea is enjoyed without milk.

Colour of Liquor:

• Darjeeling Tea: Dark amber
• Assam Teas: Bright full bodied cup

Brewing Tips: Use fresh water. Bring water to near boiling point. Put the tea bag in the cup and pour hot water over it. Adjust the time of brewing as per desired strength. Can be steeped multiple times till it gives flavour. Steep longer for second cup. Sip it hot. Do not microwave.
