TEA DETAILS
Dry Leaf: Long thin leaves that are covered with silver hairs. Some are darker in colour though they still have the silver hair.
Aroma: Light, floral and sweet scent
Colour of Liquor: Pale, ivory
Flavour of the Tea: Flavour is light to medium in strength and bears a floral sweetness. It’s dry and nutty which comes through in the aftertaste.
Compliments: Because of the extremely subtle flavour of white teas, we recommend pairing them with only the mildest of flavours.
Brewing Instructions: Always use fresh water. Bring water to near boiling point. Take one teaspoon of tea leaves in a cup. Pour the heated water and steep the tea for 5 mins. Adjust the time of brewing as per desired strength. Leaves can be steeped multiple times till it gives flavour.
Tea Master Recommendation: Not to be had with milk. Always use fresh water. Do not use re-boiled water. The brewed leaves can be steeped multiple times with an increase in steeping time. Sip it when it cools down a little instead of boiling hot for enhanced flavour.
